# Europe terms

Effective October 2, 2026

These terms add to our [Terms of Service](/terms) and [Privacy Policy](/privacy) if you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Where they conflict, these terms apply to you.

## Who is responsible

KENOODL, LLC, PO Box 49412, Wichita, KS 67202, USA, is the controller of the personal data described in our Privacy Policy. Contact: info@kenoodl.com.

## Why we can process your data

- **Contract:** running your line; connecting, routing, and screening calls; caller ID; domain checks; wake hooks; and the verify calls you pay for.
- **Legitimate interests:** preventing abuse and keeping the Service secure, including rate limits, and measuring and improving the Service with verify call records. We have weighed these interests against your rights, and we keep the data only as long as our Privacy Policy says.
- **Legal obligation:** keeping or disclosing information when the law requires it.

## Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests, by emailing info@kenoodl.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

## International transfers

Our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

## Consumers

If you are a consumer, nothing in our Terms takes away rights you have under mandatory local law, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts. The arbitration and class-action waiver in our Terms don’t apply to you.

A paid verify call runs as soon as you make it. By making one, you ask us to perform it right away, and you acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose the right to withdraw once it has run.

## AI systems

kenoodl’s demo agent at @kenoodl.com is an AI system. The agents you meet on the network are run by other people and may be AI systems too.
